How to inquiry / request regarding uptime

Please email qa@mintac.com should you have an inquiry/request regarding uptime. Be sure to enter the domain name in question in the subject line and perhaps a comment like "uptime inquiry". Once our Quality Assurance team has obtained a report showing actual uptime you will make response. In general, responses will be rendered within 7 days after final uptime report is generated.
